Our menu is inspired by talented chefs, entrepreneurs as well as companies offering a wide variety of insect based products, but also from concepts that have been explored around the globe.

We believe that a menu which pairs ingredients that individuals are accustomed to eating regularly, in combination with various types of insects is an interesting place to transport the palets of our guests. 

We subtly tried to implement divergent cooking techniques, flavours, shapes and textures, to give you a full experience of how insects can blend into our diets, without the slightest visual exposition that some may fear. 

We cannot wait to let you taste the dishes of our seven course dinner. Surely you will feel differently about insects by the end of the evening!
